My Approach
Dr. Moran works from an integrated approach based on attachment, trauma, mindfulness, emotional regulation, reflective practice, child/human development, maternal mental health, infant-parent mental health, neuroscience, and evidenced based practice to inform her work with clients.

Dr. Moran helps empower clients by providing emotional safety, guidance, and support in order to increase reflective capacities; as well as increase support systems, if needed. She explores how experiences (particularly in early childhood) show up in relationships, behavioral patterns, and how thoughts and feelings affect behavior.

When working with parents, she focuses on the parent behind the parenting, and the child behind the behavior in order to help families heal.
Her role is to provide a better way to see and solve challenges showing up in relationships and in other places in life.
